1 About Jaipur Service
Where does BharatGati deliver in Jaipur?
BharatGati currently covers all of Jaipur city with a 50km service radius. From Mansarovar to Muhana, Vaishali Nagar to Sanganer — we cover it all.
Is BharatGati only in Jaipur?
Yes, we are fully focused on Jaipur right now. Delivering the best possible service in Jaipur is our top priority.
What are the service hours?
BharatGati is available 24/7 in Jaipur. Drivers are available at night too, though during peak demand there may be a slightly longer wait.
Can I get a delivery outside Jaipur?
Not currently. Deliveries are within Jaipur city limits only. A return charge applies for drops near the city boundary.

How do I book a delivery?
Via the app: Pickup address → Drop address → Select vehicle → Confirm. The entire process takes under 60 seconds. You can also use the contact form for now.
How soon does a driver arrive?
On average, a driver is assigned within 4 minutes in Jaipur. It may occasionally be slightly longer depending on traffic or demand.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation before a driver is assigned. A small fee may apply after driver assignment. If no driver is found in 4 minutes, it auto-cancels with no charge.
Is the service available on weekends and holidays?
Yes! BharatGati is available 365 days a year — Sundays and holidays included.
3 About Pricing
How is the fare calculated?
Base Fare + (Per km × Distance) + 18% GST. Everything is shown on screen before you confirm. No surprises.
Are there any hidden charges?
Absolutely not. The fare shown on screen is the final amount. A loading/waiting charge only applies after the first 10 free minutes.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes! A proper GST invoice with CGST + SGST is auto-generated after every completed delivery. Download the PDF from the app.
Is there a platform fee?
Currently — none at all. Zero platform fee during the launch phase. If anything changes in future, you will be informed well in advance.
4 About Safety
Will my goods be safe?
Yes. At pickup, the driver verifies an OTP — only you can provide it. At delivery, the receiver confirms with OTP. Real-time GPS tracking runs throughout.
Are drivers verified?
All drivers go through Aadhaar, Driving License, RC, vehicle photo, and selfie verification before they are approved on the platform.
What if something gets damaged?
BharatGati is a platform connecting you with drivers. Please package valuable items properly. For high-value shipments, we recommend arranging your own insurance.
5 About Becoming a Driver
How do I become a driver?
Fill the form on the Drive With Us page → Get a call → Complete KYC in the app → Get approved → Start earning!
What is the commission?
Zero commission right now. Everything you earn through our platform is yours. Any future changes will be communicated in advance.
When do I get paid?
Earnings are credited to your wallet instantly after each ride. Withdraw a minimum of ₹100 to your bank or UPI daily.
Can I work part-time?
Absolutely. There are no minimum hours at BharatGati. Work at your own convenience.
