1.3 Driver Partner Information
If you register as a Driver Partner on BharatGati, we additionally collect:
- Government-issued identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence)
- Vehicle registration certificate, insurance, and pollution certificate
- Bank account details for earnings payouts
- Profile photograph
- Live GPS location during active delivery assignments
- Background verification and identity check data, processed by authorized vendors
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account on our Platform
- Process and fulfil your delivery bookings and transactions
- Match customers with available Driver Partners in Jaipur
- Send order confirmations, status updates, and delivery notifications via SMS, email, or push notifications
- Process payments and generate invoices or receipts
- Respond to customer support queries and resolve disputes
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and abuse of our Platform

3.1 With Driver Partners
When you place a booking, your name, contact number, and pickup/delivery location are shared with the assigned Driver Partner solely to complete your delivery.
3.2 With Service Providers
We engage trusted third-party vendors for payment processing, SMS and email delivery, cloud hosting, analytics, and background verification. These vendors process data on our behalf under contractual obligations and are not permitted to use your data for any other purpose.
3.3 For Legal Compliance
We may disclose your information to government agencies, law enforcement authorities, or courts when required to do so by applicable law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
3.4 Business Transfers

Our Platform collects precise location data from your device when you grant permission, to enable accurate pickup scheduling and real-time tracking. For Driver Partners, location data is collected continuously during an active trip. You may revoke location permission through your device settings at any time; however, this may impact certain features of the Platform.

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience on our website, remember your preferences, and analyse how our Platform is used. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may limit certain functionality. We do not use cookies to track you across unrelated third-party websites.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law. Transaction records and KYC documents for Driver Partners may be retained for periods specified under applicable Indian financial and regulatory laws. Upon deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data, except where retention is required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
